Painting Challenge - Monochrome Madness

Brief: Paint a miniature using only shades of one colour. This challenge will help you master shading and highlighting techniques.

Step-by-Step:

1. Prime your model: Start with a neutral grey primer to balance the tones.
2. Basecoat: Apply a mid-tone version of your chosen colour all over the model.
3. Shade: Use a darker shade of the same colour to paint the recesses and deeper areas.
4. Highlight: Mix a small amount of white to your base colour for highlights, applying it to raised areas.
5. Fine Details: Use the lightest shade for the most prominent edges and fine details to add contrast.
